Water Jet Cutting
This is a technology using a water jet as a tool for cutting different materials. A water jet cutter is a tool capable of slicing materials using a jet of water and an abrasive substance. It is the preferred method when the materials being cut are sensitive to the high temperatures generated by other methods.
The other important benefit of the water jet cutter is the ability to cut material without interfering materials structures. Materials commonly cut with a water jet include rubber, foam, plastics, leather, composites, stone, tile, metals, food, paper and much more.
Water jet cuts are not typically limited by the thickness of the material, and are capable of cutting materials about six inches thick.
P&J metal craft specially works with metals as aluminum, copper, steal, and stainless steel.P&J metal craft uses abrasive jet cutting for increasing quality products as are dormers, finials, weathervanes, copulas, conductor’s heads or any custom products.
