Return & Damage Policy

Because all PJ Metal Craft LLC products are custom-fabricated to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of custom merchandise.

Shipping Damage Exception

The sole exception applies only if damage occurs during transit.

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • The customer must inspect all items immediately upon delivery, before signing for the shipment.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt with the carrier at the time of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for documenting the damage immediately with clear photos and/or video.

Failure to note damage at delivery or failure to document damage may result in the claim being denied.

 

Customer Responsibilities

To be eligible for a damage claim, the customer must:

  • Retain all packaging materials, shipping containers, and documentation

  • Provide photos and/or video evidence of the damaged items and packaging

  • Cooperate fully with the carrier’s inspection and claims process

PJ Metal Craft LLC is not responsible for damage claims where packaging is discarded, damage is not documented, or delivery is accepted without notation.

Claims & Replacement Process

  • PJ Metal Craft LLC will assist the customer in submitting a damage claim to the shipping or freight carrier.

  • Replacement will be considered only after the carrier’s claim is submitted and packaging is inspected.

  • Any replacement is subject to carrier approval and fabrication lead time.

  • PJ Metal Craft LLC is not liable for delays caused by the carrier’s claims process.


No Carrier Responsibility Transfer

Once an order leaves our facility, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer, subject to applicable shipping terms. Shipping carriers are solely responsible for in-transit damage.

By placing an order with PJ Metal Craft LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Damage Policy.
