PAYMENT  POLICY

Payment & Deposit Policy

At PJ Metal Craft LLC, every project is handcrafted to order using premium architectural metals and decades of fabrication expertise. Our payment structure is designed to support the procurement of materials, engineering coordination, custom tooling, shop drawings, and skilled craftsmanship required to produce exceptional architectural metalwork.

Our goal is to provide a transparent and efficient payment process while ensuring that every project progresses smoothly from design to fabrication and delivery.

Deposits

Unless otherwise specified in a written quotation or contract, a 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom fabrication projects.

Receipt of the deposit allows PJ Metal Craft LLC to:

  • Reserve production time in our fabrication schedule.
  • Order project-specific materials and components.
  • Begin shop drawings, engineering coordination (if required), and custom tooling.
  • Start fabrication and production planning.

Because custom materials and labor are committed specifically to your project, deposits become non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication-related work has begun.

Progress Payments

For larger, phased, or long-term projects, progress billing may be included in the project proposal.

Progress invoices may be issued at various stages of the project, including:

  • Shop drawing completion
  • Engineering review or coordination (when applicable)
  • Material procurement
  • Custom tooling and die fabrication
  • Fabrication milestones
  • Project completion prior to delivery

Payment schedules will be clearly identified within the approved proposal or contract.

Final Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid in full before products are released for pickup, local delivery, or shipment by a freight or parcel carrier.

PJ Metal Craft LLC reserves the right to:

  • Withhold completed products until payment has been received.
  • Suspend fabrication on projects with outstanding balances.
  • Delay pickup, delivery, or shipment until all invoices have been satisfied.

Delays caused by unpaid balances may result in adjustments to production schedules and delivery dates.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept several convenient payment methods, including:

  • ACH / Bank Transfer
  • Company Check
  • Certified Check
  • Wire Transfer
  • Major Credit Cards

A credit card processing fee may apply to card transactions. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before payment is processed.

Please contact our office if you require alternative payment arrangements prior to placing your order.

Late or Overdue Payments

Timely payments are essential to maintaining production schedules.

PJ Metal Craft LLC reserves the right to suspend work, postpone fabrication, delay deliveries, or withhold completed products when invoices become overdue or payment terms are not met.

Any resulting delays to production, scheduling, or project completion shall not be the responsibility of PJ Metal Craft LLC.

Outstanding balances may also be subject to additional collection costs, administrative fees, or interest where permitted by law or provided for in the project agreement.

Pricing & Quotations

All quotations are based on the information provided at the time of pricing, including project scope, dimensions, material selection, quantities, and fabrication requirements.

Changes to the approved scope of work, specifications, materials, engineering requirements, or customer-requested revisions after acceptance of the quotation may require a revised proposal and additional charges.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for the period specified on the estimate. Material pricing and availability may change without notice due to market conditions.
