Orders, Measurements & Client Responsibility
PJ Metal Craft LLC is not responsible for field measurements unless explicitly stated in writing as part of the executed agreement.
The Client/Installer is solely responsible for:
-
Providing complete, accurate, and approved measurements, templates, originals, drawings, or reference materials
-
Verifying all dimensions, details, and specifications prior to fabrication
-
Coordinating all information necessary for fabrication
Approval and signature of an estimate and/or shop drawings confirms acceptance of all dimensions, scope, materials, fabrication approach, and lead times.
Payment of any deposit constitutes acceptance of the order, including all measurements, specifications, scope, pricing, and applicable policies.
Once fabrication has commenced, no changes, cancellations, or revisions are permitted. Any requested changes after fabrication has begun will require a revised quotation, additional charges, and adjusted lead times.

For custom fabrication projects:
-
A minimum 50% material deposit is required to initiate fabrication, unless otherwise stated in writing.
-
The remaining balance may be invoiced in monthly progress payments during fabrication, where applicable.
-
Timely payment is required for fabrication to continue. PJ Metal Craft LLC reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment, and any resulting delays shall extend the project timeline accordingly.
-
Final payment is due in full prior to pickup or shipment.
All payments are non-refundable once fabrication has begun.
